WE’RE HIRING – BOAT DETAILER (UP TO 38HRS | START ASAP)

Sea Spray Marine is looking for a motivated and reliable Boat Detailer to join our team.

Are you someone who takes pride in your work, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys working around boats? This role involves cleaning, polishing, and presenting vessels to a high standard — inside and out.

Experience preferred but not necessary — if you’ve got the right attitude, we can train you.

Location: The Boat Works, Coomera

What you’ll be doing:

- Wash, wax, and polish boats to a high-quality finish
- Apply protective coatings, including ceramic coatings
- Clean interior and exterior areas
- Regular maintenance packages
- Inspect boats and report any damage or issues
- Maintain detailing tools, equipment, and supplies
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard




- Present professionally and contribute to a positive team environment

What we’re looking for:

- Strong attention to detail
- Experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
- Current driver’s and vehicle license is required
