The Athlete's Foot Townsville is seeking a full time Store Manager to lead our high-performing retail team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will drive store performance, elevate customer service, and foster community connections that extend beyond the four walls.
You will own day-to-day operations, from sales and KPIs to stock control, rosters, and visual merchandising. You’ll develop people, set standards, and build a positive store culture focused on results, learning, and wellbeing.
