Join Our Warehouse Team as a Store Person at Lytton!

We are seeking a well-motivated and proactive team member that will excelwithin our dynamic warehouse environment. You will be based at our Lytton warehouse, close by to the Port of Brisbane, The Store Person role ensures orders and freight are stored, picked, packed, and loaded onto trucks safely. This includes checking paperwork, cross checking stock to ensure its correct and communicating with the Warehouse Supervisor if there are any issues.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Load and unload general freight (various types of freight)
- Operate MHE (Forklifts) counterbalance and high reach to Pick / Pack orders as required.
- Load and unload freight on vehicles.




- Load and unload freight from containers.
- Effective communication with warehouse staff & drivers.
- Stock take and inventory control.
- Assist in ensuring facility is safe, clean and maintained in a tidy state.
- Work to promote safe work practices and protected working environments.

Skills, experience and qualifications essential for the role:

- LF High Risk Work License – essential.
- Current QLD Driver’s License.
- Strong attention to detail: able to pick correct products and cross check.
- Experience in forklift operations.
- Prior experience with various freight profiles that are oversized or awkward.
- Operational knowledge in a general freight transport business.
- A team player who is reliable, punctual, and takes initiative.
- A well-motivated attitude, proactive nature and a willingness to learn.
