NTT DATA is seeking a Managed Services Service Desk Agent to join its Sydney-based team. This senior service desk resource serves as the first point of contact for clients and vendors, handling calls, chats, tickets and mailbox management in line with SOPs.
You will diagnose requests, provide first-call resolution where possible, and collaborate with resolver groups to ensure timely updates and incident handling. A solid ITIL background and ability to work a 24x7 roster are preferred.
