We’re looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our friendly GP clinic.

If you’re confident with Best Practice, comfortable in a busy medical environment and genuinely enjoy working with people, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

- Welcoming patients and providing warm, professional service
- Managing appointments, phones and patient enquiries
- Patient check-in/check-out and Medicare billing
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Managing referrals, correspondence and recalls
- Supporting our doctors and clinical team
- Keeping reception running smoothly and efficiently

About you

You’ll be:

- Experienced in medical reception, ideally within general practice
- Confident using Best Practice software
- Calm,



organised and able to multitask
- Friendly, professional and an excellent communicator
- Reliable, proactive and comfortable working independently
- Someone who takes pride in providing a great patient experience
- Committed to patient privacy and confidentiality
