About the role
The Site Nurse Manager is a member of the Multi-Purpose Services (MPS) Network executive team and as such is charged with fostering productive relationships, achieving key performance indicators and strategic leadership.
Clinician engagement and leadership has been a prominent feature of the public health system for a number of years, where clinician led clinical standards, safety and quality improvements have become a major focus. The Local Health District (LHD) is committed to the strengthening and ongoing involvement and clinician engagement of staff that provide direct patient care in the planning, delivery, improvement and evaluation of health services.
