Project Manager – Land Development (Geelong)

The Prospect This is a newly created position driven by a healthy pipeline of upcoming work across the Geelong and Surf Coast regions.
You’ll play a key role in delivering land development projects, including both industrial and residential subdivisions, taking ownership from early planning through to delivery.
The role suits someone who still enjoys technical involvement but is looking to focus more on project management, coordination, and client interaction.

Your Role

- Manage projects across planning, design coordination, and delivery
- Liaise with clients, councils, and key stakeholders




- Coordinate internal design teams and external consultants
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and project outcomes
- Provide technical input where required (without being design-heavy)

About You

- 5–8 years’ experience in civil engineering (land development essential)
- Background in civil design (Civil 12D or similar)
- Keen to step into or grow within a project management role
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Values a supportive culture, flexibility, and long-term growth
