Are you an experienced Motorcycle Sales Consultant, or an automotive Sales Consultant looking to make the move into the exciting world of premium motorcycles?

Worthington Prestige is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Somersby dealership, representing two of the world’s most prestigious motorcycle brands — BMW Motorrad and Ducati.

Whether you have established motorcycle sales experience or are an experienced automotive salesperson with a genuine passion for motorcycles, we are happy to support the right person in making the transition into motorcycle sales, including product and manufacturer training.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with new and pre-owned motorcycles while delivering a premium customer experience.

About the Role

You will be responsible for guiding customers through their motorcycle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to delivery, while building long-term relationships and representing the BMW Motorrad and Ducati brands to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers in the showroom, online and by phone

- Provide professional product advice across BMW Motorrad and Ducati

- Conduct product presentations and test rides

- Manage customer enquiries and follow up opportunities promptly

- Prepare accurate quotations, finance applications and registration documentation

- Maintain solid CRM and customer follow-up practices

- Ensure motorcycles are presented to a high standard

- Build long-term customer relationships and referral opportunities

- Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets

- Work closely with Service, Parts and Detailing to ensure a smooth customer and delivery experience

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have:

- Previous experience in motorcycle or automotive sales

- A genuine passion for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle





- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills

- Good computer literacy and the ability to learn dealership systems

- A current motorcycle and driver's licence

- Availability to work Saturdays and occasional special events

Coming From Automotive Sales?

If you are an experienced car Sales Consultant who has always wanted to move into motorcycles, we would love to hear from you.

You don't need to know every BMW or Ducati model on day one. We can provide the product training and support you need to build your motorcycle knowledge.
