We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and hands-on Duty Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership in a customer-focused environment and a genuine passion for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Club to ensure smooth and efficient service.

- Supervise service staff to maintain high standards of customer care.

- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) principles.

- Manage daily reconciliations and maintain accurate records.

- Coordinate the setup and delivery of functions, entertainment, and events.

- Work closely with the General Manager to support Club operations and initiatives.

- Integrity and a strong work ethic.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven time management and multitasking abilities.

- A hands-on management style with a lead-by-example approach.

- Knowledge of Club industry regulations and compliance (highly desirable).

- Current RSA & RCG certificates (essential).

- First Aid and Gaming Compliance Officer (GCO) certificates (preferred).

Additional Information:

- This role includes a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts.

- Club trading hours: 11:30 AM – 11:30 PM.
