We have an exciting chance for an Internal Sales Person to join our team in Cairns.

About the Role: As an Internal Salesperson, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer service operations, engaging with both public and account customers. You’ll handle counter sales, telephone enquiries, quoting, and after-sales follow-ups, ensuring all customer needs are met. This role will also involve close collaboration with various internal departments while fostering strong relationships with our valued external clients.

What We’re Looking For: We are looking for someone who combines a passion for customer service with experience in sales. Full training will be provided to the right candidate, making this a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to grow their career in sales.

The key areas of responsibility for this position are:

- Responding to phone and email enquiries from customers;

- Understanding and interpreting customer requirements;





- Preparing and following up on estimates and quotations;

- Promoting the products and services of the Company to existing and new customers

- Above all, ensuring the satisfaction of our customers is paramount

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

- Previous customer service experience would be regarded however is not essential;

- Commitment and willingness to learn;

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;

- Strong organisation skills coupled with good computer skills.
