Job description:

Our busy, family-friendly medical practices located in Adelaide’s beachy Western suburbs are seeking an experienced Nurse to join our supportive team 3–4 days per week . An immediate start is available for the right candidate.

In this fulfilling and varied role, you’ll support patients of all ages—from infants to the elderly—and work closely with our GPs to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administering immunisations for adults and children (experience essential)

- Administering iron infusions

- Administering IV Cannulation

- Assisting with wound care, procedures, and care coordination

- Managing recalls, results, and follow-ups in collaboration with the clinical team

- Supporting chronic disease management and care planning

- Providing patient education across a range of health topics

- Care Plans and Health Assessments

What We’re Looking For

Registered Nurse

- AHPRA Registered Nurse (Required)

- Current CPR Certification (Required)

- Minimum 1 year experience in General Practice or similar setting (Preferred but not required)

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills





- Ability to work across Grange and West Lakes sites

- Driver's Licence (Preferred)

- Full working rights in Australia
