The Role

You’ll be the face and voice of SQS in Mackay, working with customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support major projects.

What you’ll do:

- Manage and grow relationships with account customers

- Handle phone and email sales enquiries

- Prepare accurate quotes and follow up on orders

- Support customers through the full sales process

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery

- Contribute to key construction and infrastructure projects

What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is highly preferred





- Experience within the steel or manufacturing industry would be highly regarded

- Ability to read and interpret basic drawings is preferred

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Solid attention to detail and ability to multitask

- A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic
