Seeking a customer-focused administrator for a long-term Customer Service Officer role in Somersby, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start.

Synergie Australia is seeking a Customer Service Officer for a trusted client located in Somersby, Central Coast.

The important parts:

- Pay: $37.50 per hour | Duration: ASAP start through to June 2027
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
- Location: Somersby, Central Coast

What you will be required to do:

You’ll provide customer service, administration, process documentation and case management support to assist the team’s day-to-day operational requirements. This role suits someone organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Responding to service enquiries, complaints and dispute resolution matters
- Monitoring and responding to emails in shared mailboxes
- Booking hard waste collection services and managing residential bin maintenance requests
- Documenting, reviewing and maintaining operational processes and procedures
- Supporting process improvement initiatives to improve team efficiency and consistency
- Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, data entry and system updates
- Providing general administrative support and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required

To be successful in the role you will:





- Experience using Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to document processes clearly and effectively
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Previous call centre, customer service, administration or business support experience will be highly regarded
