The Role

You’ll join established camp catering teams responsible for providing quality meals to large workforces in busy, safety-focused environments.

Your duties may include:

- Preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner and crib meals in high volumes

- Bulk food preparation and production

- Buffet-style service

- Catering for dietary, medical and cultural requirements

- Maintaining HACCP and food-safety standards

- Keeping kitchen and food-preparation areas clean and audit-ready

- Completing day, night and split shifts as required

- Working effectively both independently and within a site catering team

What We’re Looking For

Previous Australian FIFO chef experience is essential.





To be considered, you will need:

- Minimum 1 years' FIFO Chef experience within Australian mining or remote camps

- Able to cook for small and big camps

- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, or recognised equivalent

- Demonstrated bulk catering and high-volume production experience

- Solid understanding of HACCP and food-safety requirements

- Current WA Driver’s Licence

- National Police Clearance issued within the last 4 months

- White Card

- Full Australian working rights

- Strong attendance, reliability and FIFO work ethic

- Availability for casual FIFO swings, including short-notice mobilisation

- Current WA residency
