Where Your Experience Can Take You

- Depending on the opportunity, you could be responsible for:

- Providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to lawyers

- Preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence and reports

- Managing diaries, meetings, appointments and important deadlines

- Coordinating client communications and enquiries

- Maintaining accurate electronic and physical matter files

- Assisting with billing, invoicing and time recording

- Supporting lawyers with the day-to-day management of their matters

- Liaising with clients and other external stakeholders

What We're Looking For

You don't need to come from a particular area of law.



We're interested in Legal Secretaries who have:

- 2–3+ years' experience within a law firm

- Experience supporting lawyers in any practice area

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent organisation and attention to detail

- The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

- A professional, proactive and client-focused approach
