We are seeking a Client Service & Implementation Officer to join our team in a long-term role and become an important part of the client experience. You will work closely with our Principal Financial Planner and play a key role in helping clients navigate the advice process, preparing for meetings, coordinating implementation activities and ensuring clients feel supported throughout their relationship with the practice. Many clients will come to know you as a trusted point of contact within the practice, helping coordinate reviews, implementation activities and ongoing service requirements. For the right person, this role provides the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships while developing specialist knowledge in wealth management, retirement planning and financial advice operations. This role suits someone who enjoys combining strong client service skills with the coordination and attention to detail required to support the delivery of high-quality financial advice.
The role is a fulltime position and part time arrangements for the right person will be considered
What you will be doing
- Preparing for client review meetings and strategy meetings
- Coordinating onboarding activities for new clients
- Maintaining accurate client records and workflows within Xplan
- Managing adviser diaries, appointments and client communications
- Acting as a key contact point for client enquiries
- Coordinating post-meeting implementation activities and follow up
- Assisting clients with Centrelink administration and related documentation
- Preparing portfolio reporting and client review information
- Supporting ongoing service delivery and coordinate annual reviews
- Ensuring client files remain organised, accurate and review-ready
About you
- You are someone who likes things done properly and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
- You naturally bring structure and organisation to your work and are comfortable managing multiple moving parts without losing attention to detail
- You exercise sound judgement, take ownership of tasks and can be relied upon to follow things through to completion
- You enjoy building trusted relationships and providing outstanding service to clients
- Experience in financial planning, wealth management, investments, superannuation administration or professional services will be highly regarded
- Experience with investment platforms, portfolio reporting, data-feed management and wealth management administration will be highly regarded
- Experience with Xplan or similar client management systems will be viewed favourably
- You are someone who values professionalism, accountability and continuous improvement
