Our client is a leading FMCG distribution company based in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, committed to delivering quality products and exceptional service. They are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver to join their busy warehouse team.

The Role

As a Forklift Driver, you will play an important role in keeping warehouse operations running safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

- Operating counterbalance and/or high-reach forklifts to load and unload deliveries.
- Picking, packing, storing and dispatching stock.
- Safely moving and organising inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Maintaining accurate stock and inventory records.
- Conducting stock checks and quality control inspections.
- Ensuring products are stored correctly and efficiently.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and free from hazards.
- Following all workplace health, safety and operational procedures.
- Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties as required.
- About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:





- A valid forklift licence with demonstrated forklift operating experience.
- Experience operating counterbalance and/or high-reach forklifts.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, FMCG or distribution environment.
- The ability to safely lift and move heavy products.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive, reliable and positive attitude.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and efficiency.
