Key Responsibilities:





- Consistently produce quality meals for restaurant, room service, and function events
- Assist with ordering, menu planning, stocktaking
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen

Candidate Requirements:

- Trade qualifications in cookery + 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail
- High standards in food presentation and hygiene
- Awareness of industry changes
- Solid stock control and rotation practices
