Perth Duty Free (Airport) – Beauty Advisor | Full Time & Part Time

We're looking for energetic and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic team at Perth Duty Free Stores at Perth International Airport. Available in full-time or part-time roles, this is your opportunity to work in an exciting international retail environment, meet travellers from around the world and deliver exceptional shopping experiences. We are currently recruiting for Beauty Advisor roles for our high-end brands, including:

- MAC - Two Full Time positions (38 hours per week, 01. Early Morning Shift, 5.00 am start & 02. Mid day shift, 10.30 am start)

- Estee Lauder - Full Time (38 hours per week, Early Morning Shift, 5.00 am start)

- Prestige Brands - Full Time (38 hours per week, Mid day shift, 11.00 am start)

- Clinique - Part Time (30 hours per week, Afternoon Shift, 12.30 pm start)

- Haute Perfumery - Full Time (38 hours per week, Evening shift, 04.00 pm start)

- La Mer - Part Time (30 hours per week, Evening Shift, 04.00 pm start)

Key Responsibilities:





- Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.

- Provide a complete shopping experience by assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases with enthusiasm and professionalism.

- Provide product information, demonstrate features, and cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience.

- Maintain the visual appeal of the store and ensure products are stocked and displayed effectively.

- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.

- Actively participate in product trainings.

- Uphold store policies and procedures to ensure a secure and enjoyable shopping environment.

About You:

- Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment

- Proven ability to consult and educate customers

- Experience in selling cosmetics, skin care and perfumes is highly desirable

- Team & customer focused

- Success in working to KPI's and targets

- A professional and vibrant personality with excellent communication and presentation skills

- Must hold a current RSA or be willing to obtain one

- Merchandising and counter management experience is valuable

- Beauty related certifications is a plus
