As our Perth service continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner (NDIS) to join our team in a full-time, ongoing role. This is a remote-first position, combining work-from-home flexibility with a mix of in-community sessions across Adelaide and nearby regions.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Conduct comprehensive functional behaviour assessments to identify participants’ behavioural needs and develop tailored Behaviour Support Plans

- Deliver evidence-based behaviour support interventions and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies

- Collaborate with families, carers, support workers, and allied health professionals to ensure a coordinated, holistic approach to behaviour support

- Provide training, coaching,



and guidance to support workers and caregivers to effectively implement behaviour support strategies

- Maintain accurate, high-quality client records and reports aligned with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of behaviour support practices and service quality

- Advocate for participants’ rights, dignity, and goals, liaising with relevant stakeholders and authorities as required

What You Bring

- Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Behaviour Support, ABA, or a related allied health field

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner

- Strong skills in functional behaviour assessment and evidence-based planning

- Excellent communication, report-writing, and stakeholder engagement skills

- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team

- Current NDIS Commission Behaviour Support Practitioner Registration (Core or Proficient)
