Most pool tech jobs hand you a half-built route and a clapped-out van. This isn't that.

We're a well-established, well-reviewed pool servicing business along Perth's northern coastal suburbs. We're growing, and we need an experienced tech to take over a full, settled residential route — regular customers, no cold start, no chasing work.

What you'll get

- $35–$43/hr depending on experience — well above the Perth average — plus super and plenty of overtime if you want to earn more (on-target earnings around $80k–$95k+ a year with regular OT)

- A fully maintained company van, fuel and all the gear

- A small, no-dramas team that actually backs each other

- Room to grow into equipment work and commercial servicing

What the role involves

- Running a residential route solo — testing, balancing, filtration, pumps

- Diagnosing common equipment faults and handling green-pool recoveries

- Current-pool handovers for our builder partners





- Handling chemicals safely and keeping your van and worksites tidy

What we're after

- Solid hands-on pool servicing or a related trades/maintenance background

- Minimum 1-2 years of pool servicing experience or equivalent experience in plumbing, general maintenance, pump repair, or water treatment

- Confident working solo and keeping customers happy

- A current WA driver's licence

- Reliable, on time, takes pride in the work

- Valid Australian work rights including citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate work visa

Cert III in Pool & Spa Service is a bonus, not a dealbreaker — if you've got the hands-on experience, we want to hear from you.
