About the Position

We are seeking individuals with experience facilitating various junior programs to join the City of Bayswater’s Community Facilities team.

As a Junior Programs Officer you will deliver high quality, safe and enjoyable junior programs, including gymnastics, term-based clinics and various School Holiday programs.

Other duties include.

- Deliver high quality programming that maximises customer satisfaction and safety.
- Provide a high level of customer service consistent with the City's Customer Service Charter.
- Responsible for the operations and safe delivery of junior programs, meeting key performance requirements as detailed in service plans.
- Respond to incidents and emergency situations within site procedures, training and capacity.
- Exercise duty of care and work in a protected and efficient manner, having regard for your own safety and that of other workers and the public.
- Work effectively in a team environment and assist others to achieve service unit goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operations.

You'll help create a safe and awesome space for everyone to enjoy.

You will hold a current Working with Children’s Check.

Drivers Licence, First Aid and a Coaching Qualification are desirable.
