About the Role

As part of our kitchen team, you’ll help deliver consistently high-quality food and memorable dining experiences for our guests. You’ll work alongside a passionate hospitality team across a busy and diverse operation.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes

- Supporting smooth day-to-day kitchen operations

- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and presentation standards

- Assisting with preparation, service and kitchen organisation

- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and hospitality team

- Maintaining consistency during high-volume service periods

- Contributing to a positive, professional and respectful kitchen culture

- Has previous experience in a commercial kitchen

- Is adaptable across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
