The Role
We're looking for an experienced Bar, Gaming and TAB Attendant to join our team — with a genuine pathway to step up into a Casual Duty Manager role. You'll work across bar, gaming and TAB day to day, and as you build your skills and complete the required licensing, you'll take on casual Duty Manager shifts and grow into that leadership role.

What You'll Be Doing

Day to day, as a Bar, Gaming & TAB Attendant:

- Delivering high-quality bar, gaming, and TAB service to members and guests

- Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness across the venue

- Supporting responsible gambling practices, including patron exclusion checks

- Upholding Club standards, policies, and procedures during every shift

As you progress toward Duty Manager:

- Leading the operational team during your shift — staffing, communication, and performance





- Handling member and guest concerns promptly and professionally

- Completing shift handovers, incident reports, and all required documentation

- Ensuring compliance with liquor, gaming, food safety, WHS, and privacy requirements

What We're Looking For

- Essential: Minimum 3 years' experience working across all three of bar, gaming and TAB

- Experience in a hospitality or licensed club environment

- Willingness to undertake training and licensing toward a Duty Manager role

- A genuine interest in stepping up into a leadership position

- Strong customer service skills and a proactive, can-do attitude

The Details

- Classification: Food and Beverage and Gaming Attendant, Level 3, Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2020. On progression to Casual Duty Manager shifts, you'll be classified and paid at Level 7 for those shifts

- Employment type: Casual, including casual loading in line with the Award; penalties apply on weekends

- Roster: Includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the Club
