What you will do

- Work proactively to complete a range of administrative tasks

- You’re the welcoming face of our practice, greeting and engaging with patients

- Manage the phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments

- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless patient experience

- Update and maintain records using our patient management system

What you will bring





- Access to own vehicle and comfortable driving to multiple practice locations

- Happy to be based across Norwood and Mount Barker practices

- Friendly, engaging demeanor and excellent communication skills

- Any previous Dental or Medical Reception experience would be a bonus!

- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new skills
