We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Services Associate to join an established, holistic financial planning practice specialising in advice for high net worth clients.

About the Role

You'll work closely with a small team of Advisers and other support staff, playing a critical role in the ongoing management of the team's client relationships. You'll coordinate client service activities, help manage advice implementation, and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

- Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly and professionally to emails and queries.

- Coordinating the delivery and implementation of advice and following up on outstanding actions in a timely manner.

- Maintaining accurate, up to date client records and managing client databases efficiently.

- Overseeing the Ongoing Fee Arrangement process for the team, ensuring it's completed within required timeframes.

- Liaising with product providers to facilitate the timely implementation of insurance, investment and superannuation solutions.





- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Who We're Looking For

This role suits someone who has:

- Previous experience within a Client Services or Financial Planning Administration role.

- A sound understanding of the financial planning process, advice implementation, superannuation and investment platforms.

- Exceptional attention to detail, with robust organisational and time management skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities.

- A proactive, collaborative and team-focused approach.
