Role Description The Systems Support Analyst is a full-time, in office role based in Canberra, responsible for providing day-to-day technical support across The HR Ally’s IT and HR technology environment. This role includes diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, supporting users of AI-integrated HR systems, and maintaining stable and secure operating environments. The analyst will monitor system performance, manage incident tickets, escalate complex issues to senior technical staff or vendors,
and document solutions in knowledge bases. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on system upgrades, testing new features, and ensuring that IT services support business and HR operational needs.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to assess issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.Hands-on experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for end-users and enterprise systems.Foundational knowledge of Information Technology concepts, including networks, security, and cloud-based tools.Practical experience with common Operating Systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) and system administration basics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Experience supporting HR or business applications, SaaS platforms, or AI-driven tools is an advantage.Relevant certifications or education in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field are beneficial.
