The Opportunity

Based primarily at our Bacchus Marsh clinic, this permanent full-time role plays an important part in keeping our clinics running smoothly. You'll support client bookings and enquiries, coordinate intake and administrative processes, provide exceptional front desk service, and work closely with our team of receptionists to support more than 25 practitioners across multiple disciplines.

While Bacchus Marsh will be your primary location, occasional coverage at our Melton and Ballarat clinics may be required.

Rostered hours fall between 7:30 am and 8:30 pm, with a mix of morning and afternoon shifts.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous reception or administration experience, ideally within healthcare or allied health.





- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.

- Confidence using multiple software systems and managing competing priorities.

- High attention to detail when completing documentation and correspondence.

- A collaborative, team-focused attitude and strong work ethic.

- Flexibility to work across our Bacchus Marsh, Melton and Ballarat clinics when required.

- Full-time availability preferred; however, part-time candidates available at least four days per week are encouraged to apply.

- Ability to work one Saturday per month (8:00 am to 2:00 pm) as part of the roster.
