To support our continual growth, we are searching for an experienced Mobilisation and Compliance Officer to join our Site Services team.
This full time position will be 8 days on, 6 days off (8:6) roster.

About the opportunity
Minprovise is currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Resource Mobilisation and Compliance Officer to oversee the coordination of workforce mobilisation for our client projects. This role demands that all mobilisation and compliance requirements, including training, inductions, and documentation, are meticulously completed in accordance with both Minprovise and our clients' site standards.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls.
- Verify and manage employee qualifications, inductions, and compliance records.
- Coordinate mobilisation logistics, including travel, medicals, and site access
- Maintain personnel databases and mobilisation, compliance systems.
- Liaise with internal and external job stakeholders to effectively mobilise workers to our client sites.
- Monitor training renewals and conduct compliance audits
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Experience in workforce mobilisation within the mining or heavy industry sectors.
- RTIO & BHP End to End Mobilisation experienced highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- Familiarity with compliance systems and client requirements.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to prioritise when everything is urgent.
- Ability to think outside the box
- Professional phone manner
