About the Role

Join our team at Hartley Partners, Gregory Street, North Ward 4810. We are seeking either an experienced Property Manager or a Property Manager Assistant who is willing to learn.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and their investments are well-maintained.

What you'll be doing

- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including coordinating inspections, tenant placements, and maintenance

- Ensure timely rent collection and arrears management

- Effectively communicate with landlords and tenants to address any issues or concerns

- Conduct regular property inspections and provide detailed reports

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, liaising with contractors as needed

- Provide expert advice to landlords on maximising returns and maintaining property values

- Support the wider team with administrative tasks and contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

- Some experience in a residential property management role

- Knowledge of the local real estate market and legislation





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients

- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively

- Proficient in using property management software and other relevant tools

- A customer-focused approach and a genuine passion for the real estate industry
