We are now seeking expressions of interest from dedicated, compassionate Personal Care Workers to join our Support at Home Team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support elderly clients to remain independent, safe, and connected within their own homes and communities.

About the Role

As a Personal Care Worker, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients living in the community. You will play a vital role in enhancing their quality of life through meaningful support and genuine connection.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting clients with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)

- Providing domestic support such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation

- Supporting clients to attend appointments and remain socially engaged

- Delivering emotional support and companionship

- Observing and reporting changes in client needs

- Working independently across multiple client visits in the community

About You

You are a caring and motivated individual who is passionate about supporting older people.



You thrive working independently while maintaining strong communication with your team.

We are looking for:

- A genuine passion for aged care and supporting others

- A compassionate, respectful, and client-focused approach

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work autonomously

- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a community setting

Requirements

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)

- Current full Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle, with full comprehensive insurance

- Current National Police Check or NDIS Check

- COVID-19 and flu vaccination (desirable)

- First Aid & CPR (desirable)
