About the role:

Educational Technologies Leader ELC - 12
1 x full time ongoing teaching position, PAR tenured for 3 years
Commencing January 2027

The Educational Technologies Leader provides strategic and operational leadership of learning technologies across the College, with a focus on learning management systems, artificial intelligence, digital pedagogy, and the exploration of emerging technologies.

The Educational Technologies Leader plays a critical role across all campuses in supporting the effective integration of educational technologies into learning and teaching practice, enabling the College to deliver a contemporary, innovative, and high-quality learning experience in line with the strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and lead the implementation of the College’s Educational Technologies Philosophy.

- Explore emerging educational technologies and their potential to enhance teaching and learning.

- Lead pilot programs and projects relating to educational technologies, evaluating their impact on teaching and learning.

- Oversee the implementation, review and ongoing development of the College’s Artificial Intelligence Policy.

- Work collaboratively with the IT team to ensure educational technologies effectively support learning and teaching priorities.

About You





The successful candidate will possess:

- Experienced educator or leader with a strong grasp of how technology enhances teaching and learning

- Confident, forward-thinking leader who builds staff capability in digital tools and innovation

- Excellent communicator, able to work collaboratively and engage a range of audiences

- Committed to staying current with emerging EdTech trends and evidence-based practice

- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to lead change and manage priorities.

Mandatory Requirements

- Hold a South Australian Teachers Registration

- Hold a Working with Children Check.

- Hold a Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN-EC) certification.
