About the Role
As a JJ’s Sales Representative, no two days are the same. This position is well suited to an adaptable sales professional with the ability to multi-task and problem solve, while delivering exceptional customer service. Own your territory and see real impact when you drive growth through new markets.
- Pay: Base + Super + Car Allowance + Uncapped commission structure
- Experience: Sales in B2B environment (Preferred)
- Day of Work: Monday to Friday | Full Time | 38 Hours Per Week
What You’ll Do
As a JJ’s Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for growing your territory by building strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering solutions that create long-term value.
The role has three core components:
1. Provide excellent after-sales service to our existing customer base and defend them against competitors.
2.
Upsell new services to our existing customer base for mutual benefit.
3. Grow our customer base within your assigned territory.
Professionalism, expertise, and a sense of urgency are all critical to success in the role. We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively identify new opportunities, build and maintain a strong pipeline, canvass and convert prospects into customers.
- Defending and saving against our competition – actively working with our customers and resolving any service issues
- Deliver exceptional customer centric behaviour while always operating in the best interests of company.
- Prioritise competing tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular contact and planned visits.
- Meet and exceed weekly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products, services and business operations.
- Identify opportunities and contribute to continuous operational improvement while maintaining a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for helping the business grow.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous sales experience is advantageous but not required. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, good energy, and a genuine enjoyment of working with a variety of people and solving their problems.
- Ability to prioritise workloads, manage competing demands and stay focused on key outcomes.
- Energetic, driven, people-focused approach,
with the ability to build strong relationships, resolve service concerns, and protect existing business through proactive customer engagement.
- Ability to develop win-win solutions and confidently manage pricing discussions and changes.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic with the commitment to achieving the highest standards of customer service and delivering results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems, with the ability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
