Tony & Marks Direct is one of South Australia’s leading foodservice suppliers, supplying fresh produce, specialty foods, dairy, meat, seafood and more to restaurants, hotels, wineries, pubs, clubs and hospitality venues across SA.

We’re looking for a Territory Manager to take ownership of our Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale regions, with a particular focus on wineries, restaurants and premium hospitality venues.

This is a relationship-driven role. We want someone who enjoys being out on the road, talking food with chefs and hospitality teams, understanding their businesses and building genuine long-term relationships.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for:

- Managing and growing an existing portfolio of customers across the Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale

- Regularly visiting wineries, restaurants, hotels and hospitality venues

- Building strong relationships with chefs, F&B; managers, venue managers and owners

- Developing new business throughout all three regions

- Introducing customers to new products across our fresh produce, specialty foods, dairy, meat and seafood ranges

- Identifying opportunities to grow sales within existing customers

- Working closely with our buying, operations and sales teams

- Being the main point of contact for your customers and making sure they receive the level of service Tony & Marks Direct is known for

Who We're Looking For

We’d particularly like to hear from someone who has worked as a chef, sous chef, head chef or in a senior hospitality role and is looking for their next career move.

You don't necessarily need to come from a sales background.

If you understand food, know how a commercial kitchen operates,



can communicate confidently with chefs and know how to build relationships, we can teach you the rest.

Ideally, you'll be:

- Experienced in the food or hospitality industry

- Passionate and knowledgeable about food

- Confident dealing with chefs, wineries and premium hospitality venues

- Personable and good at building relationships

- Comfortable developing new business

- Self-motivated and able to manage your own week

- Organised, reliable and good with follow-up

- Commercially minded without being a pushy salesperson

- Comfortable being on the road and regularly visiting customers across the three regions

Previous foodservice sales experience is an advantage, but not essential.
