About the Role

Driveline Services Australia is seeking a motivated Spare Parts and Service Coordinator to join our branch in Dubbo in a newly created role with immediate start available. In this role, you will play an integral part in our daily operations, supporting customers, workshop operations and warehouse activities. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone mechanically minded, organised and great with people.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll provide frontline customer service while supporting sales, workshop scheduling and warehouse functions. Daily tasks include:

- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and in person

- Providing product, technical and general support

- Processing payments, credits, warranties and returns

- Coordinating stock: ordering, receiving, picking, packing and dispatch

- Maintaining accurate stock control and assisting with stock takes

- Preparing service/repair documentation and communicating job progress

- Supporting workshop job flow and invoicing completed work

- Upholding safety, cleanliness and company standards across all areas

About You

- Mechanical aptitude; experience with driveshafts, diffs, gearboxes or suspension is a bonus

- Ability to interpret technical information and part numbers

- Solid customer service skills and clear communication





- Solid admin skills, including Microsoft Office

- High attention to detail, organised and self‑motivated

- Ability to work independently and follow procedures

- Fit for both office and warehouse duties, including some heavy lifting

- Current Australian driver’s licence (essential)

- Forklift licence (advantageous)

- Full Australian work rights
