We have grown through reliable service, strong client relationships and hands-on operational support, managing cleaning and facilities needs across dozens of sites while continuing to expand into new contracts and locations.

About the Role

You may work across different commercial client sites depending on operational requirements. Your duties may include:

- General commercial and office cleaning
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
- Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms and amenities
- Cleaning kitchens and staff areas
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Emptying bins and managing waste
- Restocking consumables where required
- Following site-specific cleaning schedules and checklists
- Completing after-hours cleaning independently
- Filling in for cleaners who are sick, on leave or otherwise unavailable
- Reporting maintenance, safety or cleaning issues to APS management
- Maintaining a qualified standard when working at client premises

Hours & Availability

This is a casual, flexible position. Most work will be completed after business hours, with additional relief shifts offered depending on staff availability and client requirements.





Applicants who can occasionally accept shifts at short notice will be highly regarded.

- Able to travel between local sites when required

Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not essential for applicants who demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Pay

Pay is in accordance with the Cleaning Services Award 2020 [MA000022], including the relevant casual loading and any applicable after-hours, weekend or public holiday penalty rates depending on the shift worked.
