About the Role

We are currently seeking motivated and safety-focused Traffic Controllers, Team Leaders, and TMA Operators to join our growing team, working across multiple major projects throughout the Perth metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform all tasks associated with traffic management for roadworks and events.
- Safely operate a Stop/Slow Bat to direct traffic.
- Implement and monitor Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).
- Complete vehicle pre-start inspections.
- Load and unload traffic management vehicles, signage, and equipment.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
- Conduct site hazard assessments and implement appropriate control measures.
- Report hazards, incidents, and near misses.
- Follow directions from Team Leaders, Supervisors, Inspectors, and Auditors.
- Safely manage traffic, pedestrians, and cyclists to protect work crews and the public.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current Traffic Control (TC) Accreditation.
- Current Basic Worksite Traffic Management (BWTM) Accreditation.
- Construction White Card.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Availability to work day, night, weekend, and occasional overtime shifts.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safe work practices.
