We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our Perth team, managing an A-Grade single building commercial asset and delivering best-in-class building operations, maintenance, and client outcomes. You'll be the driving force behind the cost-effective operation and maintenance of this will know commercial asset. Lead building operations, ensure compliance and deliver outstanding service that keeps tenants and clients happy.

The Opportunity:

Oversee day-to-day building operations, maintenance and asset performanceManage and coordinate contractors, service providers, and vendorsBuild and maintain strong client relationships, resolving complex issues proactivelyPrepare and manage budgets, capital works, and financial reportingEnsure compliance with WHS, environmental and statutory regulationsConduct regular site inspections and identify efficiency opportunities

About You:

Proven experience in Facilities Management / Building Operations (commercial property preferred)In-depth knowledge of building services (fire safety, mechanical, hydraulic, structural).Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teamsFinancial acumen across budgets, Capex and reportingSound understanding of WHS and compliance requirementsExcellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skillsRelevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Property (desirable)
