Are you a agile and motivated professional with a passion for client relationships and insurance solutions? Our Steadfast Taswide Insurance Brokers team have an opportunity for a passionate and emerging Claims Administrator to join our Hobart team on a full-time basis.

Role Responsibilities

- Assist clients with lodgement of claims with insurers;

- Data entry of claims into Insight system;

- Provide advice to clients on best possible resolution;

- Follow up of claims processes with insurers;

- Ensure clients receive full entitlements from claim;

- Maintain client claim files;

- Answer incoming claims calls;

- Handle under excess claims for clients including recovery.

About You

To be successful in securing this opportunity the candidate we are seeking will be a team player, be highly organised, have an eye for detail, have a high level of client service skills.

This an excellent opportunity for someone new to claims - no prior experience necessary.
