Talent Acquistion P&C; Advisor
Are you a high-performing recruiter who wants more than just filling vacancies?
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition P&C; Advisor to join our People & Culture team and take a proactive lead in attracting and securing great people across our growing allied health organisation. Lead end-to-end recruitment, supporting onboarding and broader P&C; initiatives in a flexible, people-focused environment where you can make a genuine impact.
This is a role for someone who thinks beyond the job ad and who enjoys building relationships, finding great talent, working closely with management and creating new ways to attract the people we need.

Who are we looking for?
We’re not looking for someone who simply waits for a vacancy to land in their inbox.
We want someone who is curious, proactive and confident and enjoys picking up the phone, building relationships, finding great candidates and thinking differently about how we attract talent.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Solid internal or agency recruitment experience
- Proven end-to-end recruitment capability
- Strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Initiative, creativity and a genuine passion for finding great people
- Confidence working autonomously while being part of a supportive P&C; team
- Experience with LinkedIn, job boards and HR systems (Employment Hero experience is a bonus)
What will you be doing?
You’ll take ownership of recruitment across our multiple NSW locations and a diverse range of allied health and administrative roles.
Working closely with management across our regions, you’ll understand workforce needs, develop creative sourcing strategies,
build talent pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to offer.
You’ll also have the opportunity to make your mark through:
- End-to-end recruitment and proactive talent sourcing
- Building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and future roles
- Working closely with management to develop effective recruitment strategies
- Graduate recruitment, placements and careers events
- Employer branding and creative talent attraction campaigns
- Using LinkedIn, social media and other channels to find great people
- Supporting onboarding and selected P&C; initiatives
