About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Change Manager to lead the people, operational and organisational change required to implement Atlas across the business and transition teams from the existing insight system.
Based in Morley, this casual position will work closely with the Operations Leadership Team, clinic teams, Customer Service and technology stakeholders to deliver a structured and practical change program.
You’ll lead stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness, risk management and cutover activities—ensuring Atlas is successfully adopted and iinsight is safely decommissioned with minimal disruption to employees, customers and business operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the end-to-end change management program for the implementation of Atlas.
- Own the transition and cutover plan from iinsight to Atlas.
- Assess the impact of the transformation across roles, systems, processes and customer interactions.
- Build stakeholder understanding, engagement and support for the change.
- Develop a clear change narrative explaining what is changing, why it is changing and the expected benefits.
- Establish and support change champions across clinics and Customer Service teams.
- Develop targeted communications for leaders, managers and frontline employees.
- Conduct business readiness assessments and identify teams requiring additional support.
- Maintain a comprehensive risk and issue register covering operational, people, technology and customer impacts.
- Develop contingency plans to minimise disruption during implementation and cutover.
- Complete a detailed training needs analysis across impacted teams.
- Create role-based training materials, user guides, process maps, SOPs, FAQs and quick-reference resources.
- Coordinate and deliver training, coaching and post-go-live support.
- Monitor adoption and address barriers or a return to legacy processes.
- Support Atlas go-live, iinsight decommissioning and post-implementation stabilisation.
- Track readiness, adoption and stakeholder sentiment, providing regular updates to the Operations Leadership Team.
- Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for ongoing process improvement.
About You
You are a practical and influential change professional who can bring structure and clarity to a complex digital transformation. You’re comfortable working in an evolving environment and can translate technical and operational changes into clear actions for frontline teams.
You will bring:
- At least five years’ experience in change management, transformation, implementation or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience supporting digital platform implementations or business transformation programs.
- Experience developing and executing change strategies across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Previous involvement in transition, cutover or legacy-system decommissioning.
- Strong capability across stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness and adoption planning.
- Experience supporting frontline, operational or customer service teams through significant change.
- The ability to identify and manage operational and people-related risks.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience creating practical training resources and translating complex processes into clear guidance.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
A degree in Business, Change Management, Project Management, Organisational Development, Communications or a related discipline is preferred. Formal change management, training or adult-learning qualifications will also be highly regarded.
