Wightman Transport is seeking experienced 2-Up MC Triple Road Train Drivers to join our team, servicing APY Lands with multiple delivery locations.

We are looking for professional driver teams with proven Triple Road Train experience who are comfortable working in remote conditions, multi-drop operations and extended 2-Up trips.

Experience & Requirements

1. Current MC License

2. Proven Triple Road Train experience – essential

3. Previous 2-Up driving experience

4. Current Dangerous Goods License

5. Mechanical knowledge and understanding of heavy vehicles and trailers– essential

6. Ability to identify, troubleshoot and report mechanical faults

7. Experience operating in regional and remote areas

8. Strong understanding of fatigue management and Chain of Responsibility

9. Ability to complete daily pre-start and equipment checks

10. Reliable, professional and safety-focused

11. Strong communication skills

12. Ability to work independently and as part of a 2-Up driving team

13. Refrigerated transport experience is an advantage

The Role

- Operating Triple Road Train combinations

- Working as part of a 2-Up driving team





- Servicing the APY Lands

- Completing multi-drop deliveries across remote locations

- Operating safely on regional, remote and unsealed roads

- Completing all required pre-start and safety checks

- Monitoring equipment and identifying potential mechanical issues

- Ensuring loads and equipment are operated safely and compliantly

- Maintaining regular communication with Operations throughout each trip

- Taking pride in and looking after allocated equipment

- Complying with all Dangerous Goods, fatigue management, and Chain of Responsibility requirements
