TAFE Queensland is seeking experienced and motivated Accounting and Finance professionals to join our teaching team on a casual basis.

In this role, you will deliver engaging, industry-relevant training that equips students with the practical skills and knowledge required for successful careers in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial services. Training may be delivered from our state-of-the-art Robina campus, as well as through flexible online delivery, offering the opportunity to maintain a positive work-life balance.

About You





We are seeking a highly capable industry professional with a genuine desire to give back through education. To be successful in this role, you will have:

Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping (FNS40222) or equivalent/higher qualificationCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent, or approved higher Adult Training and Assessment qualificationDemonstrated current industry experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services in AustraliaStrong knowledge and proficiency of contemporary accounting systems and software Proven ability to develop and deliver training, assess student work and support competency developmentA strong commitment to driving student achievement and real-world outcomes in accounting and finance, with the ability to engage, support and motivate learners towards successful study and employment outcomesA collaborative, team-oriented approach and the ability to engage effectively with colleagues, students and industry stakeholders
