About the role

At Coral Coast Beef, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Butcher to join our team in our Sawyers Valley, WA 6073 location. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining the high quality and standards of our premium meat products.

Key responsibilities

- Expertly breaking, cutting, trimming, and preparing quality beef to meet customer specifications

- Ensuring all meat products are displayed and stored in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations

- Assisting customers with product selection and providing expert advice on preparation and cooking methods

- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked work environment

- Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies

- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

About you

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a qualified Butcher, preferably in a retail or commercial setting

- Thorough knowledge of meat cuts, quality, and preparation techniques





- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide knowledgeable product recommendations

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene

- Effective communication and teamwork skills

- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

- Hills local preferred
