About the role

North West Realty is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Karratha, WA. This is a full-time position based on-site in Karratha WA 6714. As Property Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our residential property management operations, overseeing the day-to-day management of residential properties and ensuring exceptional service delivery to both landlords and tenants. This role is strategically important to North West Realty's reputation and success in the local property market, directly impacting our client relationships and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including routine inspections, maintenance coordination and property upkeep

- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service

- Coordinate repairs and maintenance work, obtaining quotes and managing service providers

- Ensure properties comply with all relevant legislation, regulations and safety standards

- Conduct property inspections to assess condition and identify maintenance needs

- Manage lease renewals and handle end-of-tenancy matters professionally

- Market vacant properties and liaise with marketing teams to achieve optimal occupancy rates

- No trust accounting

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in residential property management, ideally managing a diverse portfolio of properties

- Strong knowledge of residential tenancy laws and property management best practices in Western Australia

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with landlords, tenants and service providers

- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office applications

- Organisational ability with strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple properties simultaneously





- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing tenant and property issues

- Professional presentation and reliability, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality

- Relevant certifications or qualifications in property management are highly desirable

- Knowledge of the Karratha market and local area is advantageous
