We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our friendly team on a part-time basis to cover approximately 6 weeks of leave, with the potential for the position to be extended.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work closely with our GPs and practice team to provide high-quality nursing care to our patients. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Patient assessments and clinical care
- Immunisations and vaccinations
- Chronic disease management
- Health assessments and care plans
- Wound care
- Assisting GPs with procedures
- Health promotion and patient education
- Patient recalls and follow-up
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
- General treatment room duties
About You
We are looking for an RN who is:
- Registered with AHPRA
- Experienced in general practice nursing (preferred)
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Professional, friendly and compassionate
- Well organised, reliable and adaptable
- Committed to providing high-quality patient-centred care
- Able to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues
