We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Centre Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing customer enquiries, qualifying sales leads, arranging appointments and helping customers progress from an online enquiry through to a vehicle purchase.

What you will be doing:

- Respond to customer enquiries across phone, online and digital channels.

- Contact customers and understand their vehicle needs, preferences and buying intentions.

- Qualify sales leads and identify genuine purchase opportunities.

- Follow up new and existing enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Arrange appointments for customers to visit the dealership and meet with the sales team.

- Assist customers throughout their vehicle buying journey, including online sales enquiries.

- Provide accurate information about vehicles, features, availability, pricing, finance, warranties and other available products and services.

- Promote suitable vehicles and related products based on customer requirements.

- Follow up customers to help convert enquiries and appointments into vehicle sales.

- Maintain strong relationships with customers and identify future sales opportunities.

- Work closely with the Sales, Service and Parts teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

- Maintain accurate customer information, sales notes and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

- Keep up to date with vehicle models, features, products, market trends and relevant industry requirements.

- Complete required documentation and administrative tasks accurately.

- Participate in training and team activities as required.

- Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

We are looking for someone who:





- Previous experience in automotive sales, customer communication/contact centre or a similar customer-facing role.

- A good understanding of vehicle sales operations and the automotive industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service.

- An understanding of sales principles, including customer needs analysis, sales techniques and negotiation.

- The ability to build effective relationships with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders.

- A proactive and motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Good computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

- A customer-focused and professional approach.

- A current Australian C Class driver's licence.

- A current and valid motor vehicle dealer/salesperson licence, where required for the role and relevant jurisdiction.
