About the Role

This is a hands-on and varied position where you will play a key role in both sales and warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Serving customers at the trade counter

- Handling phone and email enquiries

- Procuring and managing stock

- Picking and packing orders

- General warehouse duties and housekeeping

- Delivery of goods when required

Skills & Attributes

We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience in an office,



customer service, or sales workplace (highly regarded)

- Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude

- Is self-motivated with a strong work ethic

- Can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Is a reliable all-rounder with a willingness to assist across all areas

- Holds a valid driver’s licence
