Global Rotomoulding is seeking motivated production workers / machine operators to join our Irymple site.

This role would suit either an entry-level candidate keen to learn or an experienced operator looking for a long-term opportunity. Experience is beneficial but not essential.

We’re looking for reliable, safety-focused team members who take pride in their work and enjoy a hands-on role.

What you'll be doing

- Operating and assisting with rotational moulding machinery

- Loading, demoulding, trimming, and finishing products

- Setting up moulds, materials, and inserts as required

- Completing in-process quality checks

- Maintaining accurate production and job records

- Assisting with basic machine and mould maintenance





- Operating overhead cranes (training provided if required)

- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively

- Maintaining clean, organised work areas in line with 5S standards

- Working as part of a proactive team with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

- Manufacturing or labouring experience is beneficial but not essential

- Forklift and/or crane experience is an advantage, not mandatory

- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks up to 25kg

- Strong commitment to safety and following procedures

- Reliable, with a good work ethic and positive attitude

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
