At INSITE Residential, we take a different approach to residential construction. We partner with developers to deliver well-designed, high-quality homes and developments across Perth — with a focus on quality, communication and getting the details right.

We're an ambitious and growing business, but we're still small enough that everyone has a genuine impact on the projects we deliver. Our team brings together experience across construction, estimating, project management and development, allowing us to approach projects from both a construction and commercial perspective.

We're now looking for an experienced construction professional who is ready to step up, take ownership and grow with the business.

This is not a role where you'll be stuck doing the same thing every day. You'll have exposure across estimating, scheduling, procurement and project delivery, working closely with our directors, trades, suppliers and clients to keep projects moving and achieve excellent outcomes.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who is organised, switched-on and genuinely enjoys construction.

You might currently be working in estimating, scheduling, site supervision or project coordination and be ready for the next step in your career.

You'll ideally have:

- 3–5+ years' experience in the Perth residential construction industry

- Experience across single and double-storey residential projects

- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings

- Experience with estimating, scheduling or construction supervision





- Strong numerical and commercial understanding

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills

- A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work as part of a team

- The confidence to communicate with clients, trades, suppliers and consultants

- A genuine interest in building and delivering quality projects

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes ownership. Someone who sees a problem, works out a solution and gets it sorted — rather than waiting for someone else to tell them what to do.
